Christmas Bike Giveaway

We Need Your Help!

We are excited to announce our fourth annual “Christmas Bike Giveaway,” and we need your support to bring joy to some of our underserved youth. Our goal is to distribute 50 bikes or more this year, with each bike costing $95.

If you are able to donate the cost of more than one bike, that would be truly amazing. However, any contribution, no matter the amount, will be deeply appreciated. Your generosity will help us put smiles on the faces of children who may not otherwise have the opportunity to receive a bike this holiday season.

Thank you in advance for your kind support and for helping us make this special event possible!

Programs

Early Reminder

We are excited to announce that our Middle Track Program will be back next year, including Martin Luther King Jr., Hillview, and Ranch Medanos. Next year will mark our fifth annual program!

The program offers six weeks of training and practice meets, culminating with a Middle School Track and Field Championships Meet. Medals and ribbons will be awarded to participants, with champion trophies presented to the top-performing schools.

Best of all, the program is completely free for students. We will also provide competition singlets and shorts for those competing in the championship meet.

Registration will begin in February, so stay tuned for further announcements about this exciting opportunity!

Programs, Activities and Forums

Programs and Activities

The programs and activities offered by the EHAIOF cover a wide range of topics. Co-founder Eddie Hart, who has dedicated his life to promoting good health, has achieved remarkable success in the world of athletics. He emphasizes the importance of teaching youth how to properly care for their bodies.

Through a series of Youth Health Forums, students learn to make healthy food choices and engage in exercises that promote strength, endurance, and flexibility. These programs also focus on mental health, which is especially important in today’s world, where issues like stress, anxiety, and peer pressure can be overwhelming for young people. It’s vital that they learn how to cope with these challenges effectively in a supportive, stress-free environment where participants are encouraged to perform to the best of their ability
